Nutrition and Yoga Workshop
Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?
We are partnering with Sustaining Lifestyles to bring this very special event: A one day workshop incorporating a balancing yoga practice with Emily Eglitis with nutrition and health coaching by Almeda Peer from Sustaining Lifestyles. Because addressing how we move on the outside and how we feel on the inside will supercharge the results if you address both simultanesouly.
Together, we will explore how we can counteract the effects of emotional, psychological and spiritual stress on our bodies. Emily will focus on mindful movement and yogic cleansing practices (including pranayama and breathwork) while Almeda will delve into gut health, food choices and stress.
Healthy, vegetarian lunch and light refreshments provided to support you on your journey.
